Reactor oxygen analysis system, reactor, centrifuge as production equipment, has been widely used in medicine, pesticide industry. Due to the particularity of the occasions, processes and media applied in these industries, the feeding is mostly flammable and explosive materials. In the operation of centrifuge and reactor, it is easy to catch fire, and it is necessary to control the oxygen content in the inner chamber to prevent the occurrence of dangers. At present, the common solution is nitrogen replacement or simple oxygen analyzer. Due to the particularity of the industry, the materials thrown into the centrifuge and reactor are mostly benzene, alcohol, lipids and other organic solvents, which are easy to corrode the oxygen sensor, leading to the failure of the instrument to work normally, and special customized pretreatment system is required.
